SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping:  If you select the "free shipping" option, we will mail your merchandise via USPS parcel post.

All other shipping and handling charges are based on the combined merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address.

USPS Parcel Post
This service does not have tracking capability. Although the postal service does not guarantee a certain number of days for delivery, usual delivery time is 7 - 10 business days (not including the day your order ships).

UPS
UPS offers full tracking capability and a guaranteed delivery time. When a UPS delivery method is selected, you will receive an email notification from UPS with a tracking number and a scheduled delivery date.

The following situations void UPS guaranteed delivery times
and shipping refunds will not accommodated:

Observed Holidays
~ please add one business day to your delivery time if your shipment is in transit during the above listed closure dates.

Acts of God
~ weather or natural disasters

On Time Delivery Attempts
~
recipient unavailable to receive package or refusal of package

Incomplete or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
~ such as wrong street number or zip code, or
~ access codes not provided for gated communities/apartments

 
A physical address is required for UPS delivery as UPS will not deliver
to a PO Box.
Orders valued at $150 or more ship via UPS with an
"adult signature required".

Sorry, we only process international shipments at this time. Please contact us before you purchase if you are an international customer.  Thank you.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases with a shipping address within California.


RETURNS
Returns
If you choose not to exchange the merchandise, please notify us for a return authorization approval within thirty days after the date of your purchase. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number labeled on the return package will be refused.
Returns requested or received after 30 days from the date of purchase will be refused - no exceptions!
If the item has obviously been used, worn or damaged, we reserve the right to decline refund.
If an item is returned without all of its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We also recommend that return shipments be insured against loss or damage. Items which are either lost or damaged in transit are not eligible under our return policy.
Please allow 5 Business Days for Processing of your Return
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling.
Refunds will be credited by the same form in which payment was made for the original purchase within 5 business days.
